- Xiangyang Xingfa Industrial Park is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park Areas programmed by Xiangyang Municipal People’s Government, which is excellent in location and convenience in transportation. With the general planning & arrangements of 3,500 acres total park area and 10 billion RMB investment, we are striving for the 1st class Chemicals Industry Park both in home and aboard, to be more specific, our guiding concepts are as follows: the integrated utilization upon “Three Wastes (Waste Water, Waste Gases, Waste Solids)”; to enhance the Recycle-economy for Phosphorus Chemicals Industry; and to construct Green & Environment-production Chemicals Industry park. We will pay special attention to these key projects on the basis of synchronous development Phosphorus Chemicals, Silicon Chemicals, and Calcium Chemicals; the integration utilization among Salt Chemicals, Feed Chemicals and Fertilizers; and supplementary development among Heat & Electricity & Steam; as well as the Development Directions as fine chemicals, such as Organosilicone and its downstream products, Phosphorus Acid (Food Grade, Safety Level), Phosphates, Fire Retardant and so on, they are: the Project of Yellow Phosphorus; the Project of Organosilicone (new materials); the Project of Beneficiation; the Project of Phosphorus Acid (Food Grade, Safety Level); the Project of Sulfur Acid (Sulphur Methods); and the Purification Project of Phosphorus Acid (Wet Methods). We will also initiate the Recycle-economy Projects in a short time, for example, the Project of attached Co-operation between Heat & Electricity, the Project of Sewage Treatment & Circulation, and the Project of Off-gas Purification & Utilization. If all these our projects mentioned above have been constructed or achieved, great economic & social profits will be brought in, such as, more than 20 billion RMB output value per year; more than 2 billion RMB taxes contributions per year; create 3,000 direct jobs or employment and 8,000 indirect jobs or employment.
